Summary
Working for small businesses has taught me several things, but most importantly teamwork and the key role of jack-of-many-trades. Those two roles are very different, but sometimes you have to manage doing multiple parts in a project while still able to work well with other members of your team. I have taken the past few years to hone my skills and realize that it doesn't matter who gets credit for completing the project as long it gets done correctly and on time.
I have a working knowledge of HTML, XML, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite applications, Final Cut Pro, and Garageband. Beyond simply HTML, I also have server administration knowledge: hosting, domains, and implementing new web apps. Lastly, I have an understanding of client relations and have served as the point person for all client relations as well as have assisted in selling advertisements (both online and print).
With a learn-by-doing attitude, I can quickly get up to speed on any project. Accepting new challenges often enlightens me on new and improved ways of getting the same work completed in a more efficient way. I enjoy the challenges associated with multi-tasking between projects as it allows me to stay fresh. I am accustomed to handling several projects at the same time and am ready to take my career to the next level, bringing along all the experience and expertise I already have.
